Old Hill Road, Floyds Knobs, IN 47119.  Parcels 22-05-02-900-191.000-007 & 22-05-02-900-063.000-007. Section 29, Township 2 South, Range 6 East.

Agenda Item 2 – FC-05-23-14 – Subdivision Control Variance: Applicant is requesting a modification to the subdivision control ordinance requirement for street connections at a 14 lot Major Subdivision known as Old Hill Estates.  Bob Klein, BNT Properties, LLC. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Floyd County Plan Commission will meet on Monday, June 19, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. at the Pineview Government Center located at 2524 Corydon Pike, Suite 104, New Albany, Indiana, for the purpose of holding public hearings on the following:

All interested persons are entitled to appear and be heard at the public hearings.  The hearing may be continued from time-to-time, as may be found necessary.
